Quality Promise

Prosoft.com.au ensures the quality of all products. All products are new and sealed on leaving our warehouse. If any product is received damaged, return it within 14 days for a full refund.

Refund & Returns Policy

As per the above refunds will only be given for damaged or not operating products. There will be no refund or return accepted for changes of mind or choosing an incorrect product. In such cases contact can be made to our office and we will do our best to resolve the error at least cost to you. All returns will only be accepted if the product has not been registered. Once registered you should contact the maker for a replacement or assistance.

Shipping Policy

We ship goods as soon as payment is received and funds are cleared. Usual delivery time is 1-3 business days Australia wide. For all orders we charge a flat fee of $15.00. If a product has not been received within 3 working days please contact us by email to give you the shipping details.  All deliveries require the recipients signature.

Destinations

All products are available for delivery within Australia. Any purchaser overseas or if the product is taken out of Australia, voids all manufacturers warranties and returns policies, even if the product is faulty.
